Bear Trap Dunes offers amazing amenities such as indoor pool, two outdoor pools, kiddie pools, fitness center, tennis courts, multi-sport court, playgrounds, a clubhouse with restaurant and a convenient in-season beach shuttle service. Convenient location is just three miles to Bethany Beach so you are only a short ride away from sinking your toes in the sand! If using the amenities (optional) guest must pay weekly community recreation fee of $55.00 per person ages 4 and up. Mini Weeks Available all season! Nearby enjoy Bethany Beach/boardwalk, amusement parks, Dewey, Rehoboth, Fenwick, Ocean City and tax free outlet shopping. Guest passes for amenity use are available using the Bear Trap app.

"We had a great time at this townhouse. The townhouse was spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of room for the family. The resort amenities were great too. We were never bored. Pools were great and clean. Shuttle to the beach was the best. Would stay again.
