The top floor (third floor) consists of the large open living, dining, and kitchen area, “The Great Room”. The living room has high ceilings, TV, fireplace, and a spacious covered deck. There is also the primary ensuite bedroom with a King bed, TV, and private deck. This home has an elevator that accesses all three floors. The owner provided Pack & Play, Toddler Bed in room with Pyramid Bed, Beach Toys & Chairs, 10 Beach Tags (not guaranteed) Absolutely a Pet Free Home. TVs are all Streaming.
