"Condo was very close to the boardwalk and beach. The condo was in very good shape and had a great view of the beach from the deck. Complex had only one elevator on the other side of the building but had staircase near the condo. Management was very cordial and pleasant. Easy access from the street to ground level parking. Exceptional deal.
