This home has plenty of room for the entire family with three levels all comfortably furnished with a large 30'x 15' pool Nothing was missed when decorating this traditional Avalon-upside down home. Enter the inviting foyer into an open office for catching up on emails whilst on vacation. First level boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 King Suite, a King Bedroom, 2 Twin bedroom with a shared bath. There is a half bath pool bath and laundry room with super capacity washer/dryer. Also on the first level is a Game/TV room equipped with a wet bar & dishwasher! Ascend the hardwood staircase to a grand open space with gourmet kitchen and separate dramatic dining area. The Master Bedroom and Bath is on the second level along with another half bath off the kitchen and expansive decks front to back! The third level is a kid's dream! The loft sleeps 4 with games tables & electronics along with an additional King Bedroom and Bathroom. There are also 2 cribs for the wee ones. Just a short 1/2 block to the beach this home is practically beach block. Oceanviews from the second floor deck makes this home a 10! Note: Pool is heated at 84 degrees. Pool is closed October 1st. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

What a beach rental should feel like . . .

"Wonderful, spacious home that blends the best of modern beach rentals with a real family feeling. Parents and children can get comfortable here. Our four adult couples had large bedrooms and our 6 children had plenty of room whether they wanted to sleep in bunks or have privacy. The pool, larger than most at the shore is a great way to relax after a day at the beach . . . which is a direct shot from the home on probably the least crowded area of Avalon. There were days we had 100+ yards between we and others on the beach!

"This was our 5th year renting this property. We love the location and living accommodations. The pool is our favorite way to end our beach day or spend the day when the weather isn't great! Owners have continued to make improvements to the property, and we look forward to renting again next year!
