Very nice house close to the beach, very clean, lots of space. Everything was in working order. One suggestion would be some kind of divider on the front third floor deck for a little more privacy. The beach chairs and cart were well worn but I understand that they are there as a courtesy. Our family had a great time.

The location of the house is great! The house is pretty much what is described; beds were comfortable, backyard was great and had a grill with gas line attached so no worries about running out of propane. They had some beach chairs in the garage although we brought our own. There were a few negative things about the house. The other thing which wasn't a big deal but the house had no extra paper products or trash bags, soap for dishes etc... Usually there one extra roll of toilet paper, a few trash bags to get you through until you get to the store.
