Beachfront Townhouse VIEWS of the Sunset and Sunrise!! This unit is located in the north end of the island. This three story home is nicely furnished and decorated and features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, central air and off street parking. The first floor features three bedrooms, one room has 2-twin beds, the second bedroom has a pyramid bed (twin over a full) and the third larger bedroom has a queen bed, private deck and full bathroom. The second level has the living area with wet bar, deck with ocean views, kitchen with granite counters, dining area with deck and beautiful bay views. Washer and dryer are also on this level. The third floor larger bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and a deck with both ocean and bay view. Comcast Digital Cable and Internet Access.
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"This is the 2nd year renting. It is my absolute favorite spot in Sea Isle. It is such a quiet beach and wonderful views. Convenient to much. Hoping I can keep renting each year! Thank you!
