The property is in a great location within walking distance to shopping, promenade, beach and restaurants. The beautifully maintained property has an elevator with stops on each floor. Large covered deck for entertaining. The third floor has a large open living room, dining & kitchen area with hardwood floors and granite countertops.

2nd Floor has 3 bedrooms. One is Master suite with private bath and covered deck. This room has a queen bed. The middle bedroom has bunk bed and a twin. The back bedroom has a private deck and queen bed. The 3rd floor has the great room that opens up to a very large covered deck off the living room. The last bedroom is also on this floor. This is the other master suite, private bathroom and deck with a queen bed. Half bath off kitchen. 10 Beach Tags, Beach Chairs, Wagon, Umbrella, Coolers...everything you need for a perfect Sea Isle vacation. LINENS and TOWELS PROVIDED for an extra $250 (optional)
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"The location was perfect! Beautiful outside deck area and comfortable rooms. Numerous amenities for the beach, chairs, cart, umbrellas, made for even easier access to the beach! Can't wait to come back again next year!!
