This Stunning Townhome offers an impressive 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuites, and a family room that is perfect for the kids. Revel in the captivating ocean views and the incredible convenience of being just a short stroll away from the beach. 46th Street is located close enough to town to offer convenience to shopping and restaurants, yet just far away to provide a nice quiet family feeling neighborhood. The first floor has a second living area with two sleeper sofas (1-single and 1-full) and a TV. The second-floor features four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room. The one of which is an ensuite with a king size bed. Two of the other bedrooms on this floor each have a pyramid bed (twin over full). The fourth bedroom on this floor has a queen bed and a twin bed. The third floor boasts a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room with a TV and walk out to a furnished large, covered deck. This floor also has a powder room off the kitchen, as well as another the second ensuite with a king bed. Bring your family here for a wonderful vacation experience! Pictures will be updated throughout the off season as the updates occur. The owner will also supply 10-12 beach chairs, 10-12 beach tags, umbrellas, beach games/toys...fishing rods. Extra full-size fridge in garage.

"The house was even better than the photos suggested. It was clear that the owners put a lot of care and thought into making this a comfortable and welcoming space. Everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The well-stocked kitchen had everything needed to cook meals, from dishes and cooking supplies to plenty of glassware and serving dishes. The thoughtful touches like a letter and gift certificate from the owners in our welcome package were a lovely bonus. The location was another highlight. Being within a short walk to the beach was ideal and to the center of town with all the wonderful restaurants, shopping, bakery, coffee spots and most importantly…Yum Yums ice cream shop!

"Great location. House was immaculate. One thing that stood out from other rentals, there were so many amenities. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys for the kids, books for the kids, a putting green, I could go on and on. We love to cook as a family and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed from bowls to sheet pans. Great place to stay.
