On the first floor, you'll find a cozy family room with a slider that opens to the pool area, 3 bedrooms (one with a private deck overlooking 23rd Street), a full bath, and a laundry room. The second floor boasts an open-concept living area and kitchen, a large deck perfect for relaxing, a master bedroom with an en-suite bath, a second bedroom, and an additional hall bath.

1st floor deck is off the 1st floor family room.
1st floor has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 hallway bathrooms. (The full bathroom on the 1st floor has a tub).
2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with it's own full bathroom (stall shower) and one full hallway bathroom (stall shower). Living room, kitchen, dining area on 2nd floor.
