Beautiful Beach block Townhome. Steps to Promenade. First floor features, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has two twin beds. The other has a Pyramid bed (Full on bottom and twin on top), and a separate twin bed. Second floor has the "great room" living area, dining area, kitchen, full bath , bedroom with King bed and private deck with ocean views, and a large deck off of the family room for entertaining with ocean views. Third floor has 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds, 1 deck with ocean views and 1 full bath. There are three desks to accommodate work from home or school from home needs. 5 Beach tags (not guaranteed) Extra fridge in garage.

"We have been renting this house for 7 years, except for 2020 we haven't missed a summer in SIC. This house is a great beach block location and so close to the shops and YumYums. The owner is always updating, my grandchildren love coming in and checking out all the new things. We will be back again.
