"What a gem! steps from the sand and miles of beach in a quiet townhouse community. THree outdoor balconies, well designed interior spaces with fresh furniture, renovated bathrooms, new floors. Carpet seems new also. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of seating. Hard to find 3 full baths at this price plus 1/2 bath and 4 bedrooms. We comfortably slept 7 adults and were not stepping on each other. - already trying to see when we can come back to this piece of BB heaven!

Spacious Townhouse close to the beach

"This lovely property is located within walking distance of the beach. The bedrooms had ample closet space and very comfortable beds. The family room, dining area, and decks were great for family gatherings. Bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen area was convenient with ample dishes, glasses, etc. However, cooking utensils, pots and pans are older and need replacements. Also, the kitchen counters were dusty and the kitchen drawers and lower cabinets were quite dirty. The check-in and out procedures provided by Long and Foster are contradictory, stating in e-mails the check-in was at the L & F Office and also not to go to the office as the process was online. The same occurred for checkout with conflicting directions. Check-in was not until 5:30 pm while check-out was 10:00 am. E-mails indicated there was a welcome package which we did not receive.

"We couldn't be happier with our stay in this gorgeous beach townhome! Beautifully decorated and plenty of room for our group of seven adults. Could have fit more! All the beds and furniture are top quality and super comfortable. The owners equipped the kitchen with everything you need and more. Ideal location and just steps from the quiet beach. We will be back!!!

"This house is beautiful and immaculately clean with modern furniture. The main level is bright with a huge and very comfortable sofa. The kitchen is open with plenty of room for multiple chefs! It's just a few steps from the wide open beach with plenty of room to spread out.
The bedrooms have plenty of storage for clothes and the beds are VERY comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and clean as well.
This property is lovely and well maintained - I would stay here again and again!!
