"Year after year arriving at Sun Rays South is a spirit-lifting event, like returning home after a long absence, knowing that everything is going to be all right again. The first thing I do is go out on the deck, take a good look while inhaling the scent of the surf, and then snap a shot for social media. We and our family and friends ease into the joy of beach-front living and allow concerns to depart. Just the best. We look forward to many more visits!

"We always feel like we’ve come home when we ascend the steps to the lovely living area and gaze out the glass doors to the beautiful shore and it’s human-scaled beach population. SunRays South has been our destination for decades and thanks to the attentive Long & Foster management staff and the property owner it is regularly upgraded and maintained. Our summer begins here and on our departure day we look forward to the next time.

"Such a fine property, year after year, well maintained and appointed. A truly glorious locale, right on the beach, without the crowds and the constricted feeling of more consolidated properties.
