On the next floor, you'll discover the spacious great room, complete with a sliding door that opens to the pool area, perfect for soaking up the summer sun.
The third floor offers two additional bedrooms – one with a queen bed, the other with twin beds – along with a shared hall bath that includes a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans and flat-screen TVs for your comfort.
Your assigned parking space is right outside the front door, along with a storage closet featuring a keypad for easy access to your beach gear. There are also 7 guest parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Enjoy the convenience of being just half a block from Bud’s Market and Mack’s Pizza, with plenty of nearby dining, entertainment, and recreation options. The community also offers a heated pool for your enjoyment.
Additional amenities include 4 beach chairs, 6 beach tags, cable in the living room, and a Firestick in all bedrooms for easy streaming access. Owner provides the Xfinity stream app for TV, so you can log in to your Netflix account and more.
Check-in is at 2 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. Off-season short stays are available for $250 per night, plus a $185 cleaning fee. Sorry, no pets allowed.
