Nestled in the pines this charming getaway vacation property features loads of windows overlooking the pond and offers a bright and beachy decor with comfortable furnishings throughout. Amenities include central air conditioning, full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 3 smart TVs with high-speed internet service to stream (no cable, bring your Fire Stick, Roku or other streaming device) , DVD and WiFi. Enjoy peaceful evenings relaxing out on the 2 waterfront decks with friends and family alongside the lovely pond! The kids will love the Salt Pond community center with pools, tennis courts, children's play area, indoor workout area and other amenities. You can enjoy a round of golf, relax on the beach, fish, shop or just enjoy time away with family and friends! Convenient location close to shopping, walking trails and restaurants! Kayakers and canoers will enjoy cruising on the Salt Pond! Guest must pay $150 per week community fee to use amenities. Linen Fee is optional. Golf green fees are separate. Boat Dock for Non-Motorized boats only. Grilling Not Permitted.
