The first floor features 2 larger suites, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen bed, 2 additional bedrooms, one with two twins and the other with a queen bed that share a bathroom. The top level is a huge living area with a TV, dining area and beautiful upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and a wet bar. There is a powder room off the kitchen area. Also on this level is a larger suite bedroom with a king size bed. New patio set for 2025. This property has beach chairs including a child's chair, a beach buggy, beach cooler on wheels and boogie boards. Property also supplies bikes.

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
