This BEACHFRONT Townhouse has unobstructed views on both the east and the west which means PANORAMIC 180 DEGREE VIEWS OF BOTH THE OCEAN AND THE BAY. Modern, stylish, and luxurious features FOUR ENSUITES, that is almost unheard of on the island. First floor has three bedrooms. 1st Room is an ensuite with queen bed and private deck with an ocean view 2nd bedroom with 1 bunk bed (twin over twin) and 1 queen bed, hallway bathroom, laundry room, and 3rd bedroom is an ensuite with a queen bed. Second level is the "Great Room" living room with large deck and fabulous ocean views. Also on this level is the dining, kitchen area with a deck with bay view and a powder room. Third level has 2 more ensuites one with king and the other has a king bed with the bath including a Jacuzzi tub and private deck with ocean view.
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"What a perfect location for a wonderful week in Sea Isle City, NJ. Cannot say enough of how great this home worked for us. We were 4 couples plus a single. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. Living area was great, beds were comfortable, deck looking out over the ocean was awesome. Kitchen was big and well stocked with pots and pans. Unfortunately the dinner plates did not fit in the dishwasher and there was only one set of silverware but that did not stop us from enjoying everything about this home. Can't wait to stay here next year.
