Location is key and this spot, just outside of downtown, offers a convenience that is second to none. Park your car, unload and it's a short walk to shopping, dining, and much more. This condo boasts 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Ensuite bedroom has a King bed and a private deck. Another bedroom has a King and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks (4-twins total). Owner offers Streaming TVs, Wi-Fi and Beach Chairs/Tags and Umbrellas

"My family has stayed in the wonderful condo for three years in a row. It's always clean and improvements have been done over those years to make it even more comfortable. Location is perfect for easy access to the beach and restaurants. In the past, bikes were provided which were convenient but unfortunately were not there this year. We'll be renting again next year!

"Really enjoyed our stay in this modern, updated condo. After years of renting a house, this condo didn't disappoint! Loved the location and being on that end of the island. Walked to everything. Highly recommend this rental.

"Enjoyed the property. Clean, maintained and newly renovated. 6 flights of stairs could be a challenge but we embraced the exercise! Owners did a good job of utilizing the space so you didn’t feel cramped. And a view of the beach was awesome.
