5 bedroom, 4.5 bath Bonus room model on the highly desirable 75th Street beach. 2 Master suites with private baths! The first floor has the Bonus room with with a queen sleeper sofa and a daybed sleeper that converts to a double bed . There is a queen bedroom on 1st floor and a hall bath. 2nd floor has the great room,(Living room, kitchen, and dining room) 1/2 bath and a Queen Master bedroom with a private bath. The 3rd floor rear bedroom is the King Master suite with a private bath., the 3rd floor middle bedroom has Double mattress bunk bed, and the 5th bedroom is a king bedroom. There is a hall bath as well. Enjoy a large covered deck off the Living room with Ocean views! Friday to Friday!

"This was my family's first time renting this house, and my kids were all super positive about it when they arrived on the first day. We plan to rent again next year since they all liked it. The house was very spacious. Most of the bedrooms were larger than most beach houses in Sea Isle. Having 4 full bathrooms was perfect. The outdoor shower was very nice, too. My grandkids were showered there every day after the beach before entering the house. The location in the beach block is great. The house is well appointed, and the use of the beach wagon and some beach chairs was A+ for us. One of my sons has to fly into NJ for this vacation, and his little family used the beach wagon and 2 chairs every day. I hope you will always have those available to the renters. We loved having the extra refrigerator, too. Thank you so much for renting your home out to families like mine. One thing we noticed it needed was an outdoor broom so that we could keep the sand out of the garage and off the steps at both entrances.

"This was our fourth year at this property and we were not disappointed. The house was clean upon arrival and, once again, we were provided with a mid rental cleaning by an excellent service.
