FRIDAY to FRIDAY RENTAL: Magnificent unobstructed views will be yours from this beautiful bay front three story townhouse. This side-by-side unit offers a first floor family room equipped with a wet bar, mini fridge, a flat screen TV and a dvd Player for your family's enjoyment. This level also has two guest bedrooms one with a single\full bunk bed and the other with two single beds and there is a full bath off half the hallway. The open and bright second floor features a living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with fabulous views of the bay and wetlands. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day and feel yourself unwind. This level also has a Guest bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom. There is also a powder room off the hallway. The Third floor has a loft overlooking the living area with a sitting area and a computer desk. A great spot if you need some quiet time to work! The master bedroom has a King size bed, and an en-suite with both a soaking tub as well as a shower. There are two boat slips provided for your enjoyment. This is a great location to walk to town, the beach or the tennis courts, which are just a short walk.
