This is the second summer that we rented this townhouse. It is an affordable rental that is close to the beach and the perfect size for our needs. The large off-street parking is very convenient and a step away from the Jitney service. A cute backyard deck with a grill and plenty of space to store beach chairs, toys, and bikes. The bedroom deck has been redone and is a nice place to relax and watch the sunset.

"Clean, spacious townhome! Easy walk to the beach. The large off-street parking was a major plus. The grocery store was close as well as some cute breakfast places! It was easy to catch the Jitney into town as well. There is also a cute backyard with porch, grill, and outdoor shower. We really enjoyed staying in this townhome.

Good value for basically beach block. some nice upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms. comfortable. A few things to keep in mind, The decking outside the bedroom and along to the outside the shower have exposed or raised nails. my daughter stepped on one, nothing major but should be addressed. No internet that week we called but probably needs a comcast tech visit. We enjoyed are stay.
