L and F is an excellent rental company. Communication, efficiency and thoroughness is the best description from our perspective. We have been using L and F for about 20 years.

"Rental property is perfect for our family. Although an older home, it is very well maintained, clean and organized. We did not want for anything. Location is near the beach and neighborhood is quiet.
