Large Southend Beachblock Townhouse with VIEWS! Only 5 houses from the Beach. 4 Bedrooms, 3 Full and 2 Half Bathrooms. Two of the Bedrooms are ensuites, one furnishing a King and the other a Queen bed. The other two bedrooms both have non-traditional bunks (Full over Full) with a twin trundle. There is a fully furnished Bonus Room with a wet-bar, popcorn machine, and big screen TV. In the garage there is a Ping-Pong Table for hours of entertainment as well as an extra fridge. For more sleeping accommodation the townhouse has 2 queen sofa beds. There are 4 off-street parking spots, a propane grill, and an outside shower. "Our family absolutely loved the property. They had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. The young adults enjoyed "Pat's Bar". Close to the water. Beautiful beach decor. Would definitely stay there again!
