Absolutely beautiful first floor unit that has spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas all with fabulous ocean views. The condo's bedrooms are made up of First is a primary ensuite bedroom with a king bed and walk in shower. A second bedroom with a king. The third bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds (twin over twin and double over double). Those two rooms share a hallway bathroom that has a tub. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional overnight guests. Elevator access from the ground level for your convenience. Assigned parking under the building for 3 cars! This is truly a premier property!! Owner provided 6 Beach Tags (not guaranteed) TVs are Streaming. Also There is a Side yard shared for tenant use– it is a private grass area that is good for kids after beach.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
Off Season Weekends are Available
