Imagine peaceful mornings sitting on the deck having coffee and watching boats sail by, and in the evening seeing beautiful sunsets! Water views from the second level kitchen and dining room. The Master bedroom with 1-Queen and has private deck. The Second Bedroom has 1-Queen and Third Bedroom has 1-Pyramid Bed (twin over a full). This unit is walking distance to shops, beach & restaurants. It includes one boat slip (25 ft. long by 9 ft. wide) and 2 assigned parking spots. Condo sleeps 7. No Beach Tags, Linens or Towels Provided.

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"This place was perfect for our family. It was a great size and layout for the five of us. We were able to sit on the deck, watching the boats go by. Our youngest loved seeing crabs in the water. So many things were within walking distance. We had an incredible stay.

"My family and I had such a wonderful time staying at this bay front beauty. We have three children, ages 6-10. They all had a blast! Crabbing off the dock and eating lunch while watching the boats go by. The beach was perfect and so much is in walking or biking distance. The house has comfortable furnishings and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The views were amazing. We got to watch the sun rise and set.
