Great place that meets all expectations

"We have rented this house two years in a row. The house has so much room and is furnished beautifully. The kitchen has every cooking utensil, pots, and pans you could imagine. The bedrooms are very spacious and it can hold 14 people although we only have nine. It is at a great location, within a mile from the beach. There is also a pool that can be used by the guests right around the corner. The only negative thing is you get only six pool passes and we had nine people in the house so not everyone could use the pool at one time even though the pool was never really that full. We did ask for more pool passes, but did not get any response. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here and love everything about the house. It’s also close to restaurants and stores.

Spacious with Great Boat Access

"Comfortably fit a dozen people. Great boat tie up with spring lines and convenient boat ramp by the house (ramp lock code wasn’t in binder and we had difficulty getting that quickly from the office). Fridge is a bit small given how many people can stay here, but kitchen does have plenty of dishes and cookware. King beds were comfortable but very high off of the ground (tricky for elderly guests). Nice shade area to sit below the deck. Very tight parking, but could squeeze four cars under the house.
