Newer luxury home located in the Heart of Sea Isle City. 6 Bedrooms with an additional bonus room including a pull out couch that can be used as a 7th bedroom sleeping up to 17 Guests. Conveniently located just a short walk to the Beach, Fish Alley, shopping, Pickleball courts and everything downtown Sea Isle has to offer. With a two car garage and 6+ additional private parking spots guests will not be hunting for parking in the busy summer season. The top floor features an open design great room and kitchen with seating for 14 inside and 6 more on the spacious upper deck. Private outside shower. 4 flat screen TVs including a 55 inch flat screen in the bonus room that allows this to be used a second area for socializing in addition to the great room. Added Bonus for Summer 2026 Elevator.
First floor: Garage. Bonus fridge and gas grill.
Second floor: 2 Queen bedrooms with a Jack and Jill Bathroom connecting them. Bonus room with a pull out queen size couch. This floor also houses the laundry room
Third Floor: 2 Master suites with King Beds and their own Individual bathrooms and balcony. 1 Queen bedroom . 1 Bunk Bedroom room with a double bunk and a trundle below (can sleep 5 kids). The bunk beds are full size but the trundle is smaller - possibly twin bed size.
The third floor also has a common bathroom to be shared between the Queen bedroom and the bunk Bedroom.
Fourth floor is the kitchen, dining room and family room and also has a half bathroom;
So two king beds, three queen beds, 2 full bunk beds, 1 twin bed, 1 queen pull out couch.
There are also two additional inflatable queen size beds provided for extra capacity.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
