Clean, comfortable, and in a great location!

"This was our third year in a row of renting this beach house and it's absolutely perfect for our annual beach trip, for our family of four.
The home was clean, spacious, and super comfortable — it had everything we needed (and so much more than we knew we were getting when we made the reservation!).
The layout was great for a family of our size. It was spacious, yet felt cozy and well loved.
There was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax (which as especially beneficial when the kids would get on each other's nerves, lol).
The location was super convenient!
The community pool is literally right next to the house (I'm talking, like, less than 10 feet away!) and the beach, boardwalk, and shops were just a quick drive by car or a safe, easygoing walk away (the included parking permit was a huge bonus!).
We especially loved the (private) outdoor shower, which was enclosed and such a welcome feature after a long, sandy day at the beach.
Although, one of the greatest features was the oversized walk-in closet stocked with board games, puzzles, playing cards, etc. and kept everyone entertained, laughing and busy when we either wanted some downtime or for the one single day we had rain during the lovely two weeks (of nearly perfect weather) during our stay.
The screened-in porch was so great for my morning coffee, as it backs up to a layer of mature trees and wildlife, which was so serene and lovely, we sat out there for dinner nearly every night that we ate in, as there's a picnic table, and it was great for winding down at night with a glass of wine.
There was a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you'd need to cook a meal, including pots and pans, dishes, utensils, pot holders, and even spices!
Plus the in-unit laundry made everything so easy, so we didn't feel the need to overpack like we'd normally do!
The owner has always been attentive, easy to reach and extremely gracious.
Clean, comfortable, and in a great location — we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

"Could use some things updated in kitchen and furniture on deck. We did enjoy our week. Although this has nothing to do with this condo, we like to sit on deck at night however chaining up chairs and locking the door early prevents anyone from enjoying a nice quiet time to sit out with people.
