Excellent Location! Steps to Beautiful 44th Street Beach and the Heart of the Promenade. Townhouse is immaculate. On the First level there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom, washer and dryer. One bedroom has 1-Pyramid Bed (twin over a full) and 1-Twin. The Other Bedroom has 1-Queen and 1-Twin. The second level features the “Great Room" Living, Dining and Kitchen areas, powder room, As well as a primary ensuite with a King bed. The third level has two more bedrooms, both with a Queen bed and a full bath. The garage has been converted into a bonus area with entertainment in mind, a TV and a Bar. Off Street Parking is limited to 5. The owner provides 6 Beach Tags and some beach chairs (not guaranteed) Call Long & Foster Today!! There is a Current Special for 2025 Check in on Friday for Memorial Day Week and get 8 nights for the price of 7.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"Wonderful house. We had a great vacation at 4404 Pleasure North. The house is perfect for a large family. TV’s in each bedroom made it easy for everyone to have some space. Great location. Decorated nicely. We will stay at the house another year if possible!

"This home was very comfortable for our family of 12. It was equipped with all kitchen/home necessities. We all enjoyed the 2nd floor covered deck off the kitchen as well as the 3rd Floor deck. Bedrooms were all comfortable as well as the living room furniture. We appreciated the table that 10 could sit at with additional seating at counter. Hopefully we will be returning to this home for our 2026 vacation!
