The first floor features 2 twin bedrooms plus 1 mini suite with queen bed and full bath, a hall bath, powder room, large family room with wet bar and sliders to covered deck. Second floor offers modern kitchen with breakfast bar, seating for 10 in the Dining Room plus 3 bar stools at the Buffet bar, living room, large deck with plenty of deck furniture, natural gas grill, master suite with King bed and attached office space, full bath , plus another bedroom with twin beds and hall bath. Third floor features a good size sitting room with queen sleeper, and bedroom with twin beds. There are 2 tvs on 1st floor, 4 tvs on 2nd floor and 1 tv on 3rd floor, 8 ceiling fans, 3 baby gates.

"We had a wonderful vacation!! The house was lovely and came with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We have a large family and were able to enjoy togetherness as well as alone time as needed. Being on the bay was a huge plus with beautiful views !!
