In the garage there is a full size fridge for tenant use. Second Floor...3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, private bathroom and deck. Other 2 bedrooms shared a full hall bathroom. One has a queen bed and access to deck and the other has a double bed. Third Floor....Great Room...living room, dining area and kitchen. Access to large furnished southern facing deck with incredible ocean views. Half bath. The kitchen is impeccable with extra island sitting and all the needs for a fabulous family vacation. Top Floor....Master bedroom with king bed, private bath and private deck. Owner also provides a High Chair and full sized crib if needed. TVs are all Streaming. There are a few beach chairs and 2 bikes for tenant use.
The PRIME LOCATION of this Townhome allows you to Park your Car and Walk to All that Sea Isle City has to Offer!

"The house was fantastic. Everything you needed to cook meals. The garage refrigerator was a big bonus to avoid carrying everything upstairs. Location is awesome with easy beach access. Great decks and a large kitchen to gather in.
