"Great stay at the Henlopen 509. Excellent location for ease of access to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and playground. Perfect for family with small kids. Unit 509 has a great, oversized layout, plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen very well stocked - better than most rental units. Bathrooms well updated. Two downsides: the twin beds are very rickety and pretty uncomfortable. Fine for little kids but probably not anyone else. There is no carpet or rugs in this unit which can be a challenge for controlling noise.

"The property was really nice. Both the location, view and furnishings were first rate. However, the queen bed mattress was HORRIBLE. So bad that we would not rent this unit again. Thanks.
