"This is a great condo. The location on the boardwalk is perfect and views of the ocean are wonderful. You can sleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. Very clean with lovely furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked with all equipment/dishes to be able to cook a full meal. Will definitely be coming back.

"Such a lovely condo. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary items for cooking and enjoying a meal. The furnishings were great. The location was perfect, on the end of the boardwalk, convenient but away from the crowds. Will definitely stay at this property again. Thank you for a great experience!

"We have returned to 720 for the same week for many years and continue to enjoy our stay. The building is in a great location. The unit is a perfect size for us, it has all the essentials, and is comfortable and consistently good. This year we did appreciate the upgrade of new sliders throughout which are very nice. As always, the Long and Foster condo rental staff (Howard in particular) are welcoming, friendly and responsive.

"We recently stayed at this property for a 4th of July long weekend. We were wowed by how clean it was. The carpet appeared to be new and everything was clean and comfortable. The only complaint we would have would be that the sofa needs replaced, it is very worn. Other than that it was wonderful and we would not hesitate to stay again!
