This is an impeccably upkept clean Townhouse that is only a few short blocks to the Beach and Promenade. First Level consist of Two Bedrooms and a Bath. One bedroom had a Queen and the other has a Pyramid (twin over full). Second Level is your "Great Room" Living Room, Dining Area and Fully Stocked Kitchen. As well as a Bedroom with Queen bed and Bathroom. Of course lets not forget the large furnished deck. Third level has 2 Bedrooms and the 3rd Bathroom. Both Rooms have 1-Queen and 1-Twin bed. There is also a deck off one of the Bedrooms. The owner provided a Weber Gas Grill for your Families Enjoyment. 6-Beach Tags (not guaranteed) This is a Smoke/Vape and Pet FREE Property.

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"House was bright and in good shape and the decks off the front & back were great. The beach equipment & beach tags were appreciated. It would be great if there was a fridge in the garage to save trips up and down the steps, having more room in kitchen fridge for food and to save on ice costs and it would keep the house cleaner. Definitely would rent this house again.
