Off street parking for two cars, Left-hand driveway is for tenants. 4 window AC units and close to the beach and Promenade. This home has 3 queen beds and a queen size sofa bed. There is an outside shower and wrap-a-round front deck. Washer & dryer are in a separate room in the back of the house on the ground level, next to the outside shower and are shared with the 1st Floor unit. Per the property owner, NO beach chairs provided. Right hand driveway is for owner only.

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

My family's first time in SIC. We loved it! Although an older unit, it was very clean, spacious and decorated with a classic "beachy" feel. An excellent value for the money. Love the back yard and outdoor shower. Met the owners and they couldn't have been nicer. We recommend it highly.
