Top floor has three remaining bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature a queen bed and the middle bedroom has two twin beds. Two master baths, one on the first floor, one on the top floor front-facing queen bedroom. There is also a full hallway bath on the top floor. A half bath is located across from the kitchen. Rear yard features the heated, salt-water pool. Five feet deep, 16 X 10 feet. MAX OCCUPANCY IS 8 PEOPLE.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
