Head straight for the beach with the included beach accessories and beach passes to make your stay easier. The beach and boardwalk are only one block from the house. No need to find pesky parking. Everything you desire is within walking distance from this classic home. Enjoy a family stroll to the over 100 shops and restaurants in downtown Ocean City. Each bedroom is generous in size and closet space, and equipped with TV's. There's plenty of space for all, including parking for up to 4 vehicles. Kids can have the whole 3rd floor to themselves as the adults have the rest of the house to recharge and relax. Bonus rooms include a den and sunroom/office. An outdoor covered patio awaits for you to sit and have family time on those late OC nights or morning sunrises. Why spend money to dine out when a gas Weber grill is ready to use at your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for any type of meal to be whipped up. There's enough seating for all amongst the kitchen, breakfast room, and chandelier lit dining room. We want to make your OC experience as easy, comfortable, and memorable. This property has a north-end location. It is located within two block of the beach. The boardwalk with amusements, arcades, miniature golf, movie theater, shopping and restaurants is nearby. Downtown shopping is also close. There is a causeway leading north out of Ocean City for easy access to Atlantic City and the casinos. There are tennis courts and a playground in the area. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. Check in 3pm/Check out 10am
