Convenient location with G&E Grocery at the entrance to the development, also close to shopping and restaurants. With 4 parking spaces, this house is perfect for families vacationing together. Best beach house for families!

"This was our second stay at this property. It is one of the best rental houses we’ve stayed at in Delaware. It had more than enough kitchen equipment for cooking a big family meal. Most kitchens lack cookware and appliances. Not this one!! The second floor living space was perfect for all the kids. The game room is a hit! I wish they’d fix or replace the pinball machine. Both times we stayed it was not functional. The location is absolutely perfect and having access to the pool is fantastic for those days we didn’t want to take all the kids to the beach. We will definitely be back!

"Great for family vacay. Plenty of space for teenagers and adults. Game room big hit. Kitchen has every item needed plus more. Clean. About 1.5 miles from beach by bike not easy but doable for teens. Pond for fishing, golfing, shopping close by, walking trails, pool. We loved this place.

"The home fit all our needs plus had extra special additions: pinball game, etc and fishing pond out back which our 2 grandsons woke up early each day to fish and release. They caught large mouth bass with sheer excitement!
