In addition to the beachfront benefit this property is situated on a walkway to a wide beach that has a lifeguard stand, off street parking for 6 cars and a large front yard for family outside enjoyment in quiet neighborhood. The property is not in a commercial area only 8 blocks to the shopping center for your convenience. 1st bedroom has a queen bed and remaining 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. NOTE: There is No View of the Water
