Spectacular Townhouse 5 Bedroom plus a Bonus Room, Elevator, 5 1/2 Baths. Sleeps 16
Home with have All the bells and whistles one brand new townhouse can ask for. Beach Block
1 King bed and 2 queen bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom. 2 Pyramid beds with trundle underneath sleeps 4 each.
The bonus room has its own bathroom and sleeper sofa. There are great ocean views from the two front decks and great bay views from the 2 back decks.
1st floor has the bonus room with a queen sofa bed and full bathroom
2nd floor has two queen ensuites with enclosed decks and two rooms in middle, one with a twin over full with a twin trundle and one with a twin over full. Those two rooms share a full bathroom
3rd floor has a king en-suite with an enclosed deck. There is also a half bath off the kitchen. A total of 5 and a half bathrooms.
Seating for dining- dining table has 8 chairs, then there are 3 chairs at the island and 3 stools at the sofa table so a total of 14.Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
