First floor has a front living room, open great room with kitchen, full bath, screened in back porch, half bath. front bedroom and a rear bedroom with access to the back yard. The second floor offers 3 additional bedrooms and another full bath. Off street parking for 2 cars.

"We've rented all over town, this is our favorite house by far (have rented it 3 times). Very convenient to town and beach. Very comfortable and clean. Screened-in back porch is wonderful for meals.
