Southend location. 4+ car parking and an enclosed outside shower with dressing area on ground floor. 1st living level features a tiled foyer, laundry area, ensuite with a King Bed, private beachfront furnished deck and television. 2 more bedrooms - 1 with king bed, ceiling fan, and television, 1 with 2-twin beds and a ceiling fan. Second floor features a large, fully tiled "Great Room" Gorgeous kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and spacious counter bar. Dining and living room with cathedral ceilings, plus TV, in a very comfortable living area. As well as the fourth bedroom with 2 twins Off the Living Area is an extra wide sliding glass doors lead to the main furnished deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and one of the Jersey Shores best beaches! This is a fantastic vacation location! Owner does not provide an outside grill or bikes, but does supply 8 Beach Tags (not guaranteed)
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
