The first townhome features two spacious living rooms with a large 61’’ TV, a grand dining room with seating for eight, and a luxurious kitchen with an extra-large island. The master suite offers a spa-inspired bath with double sinks and a Jacuzzi, while an additional designer bathroom provides privacy and convenience. The first-floor kitchen opens to a large paved courtyard with outdoor dining furniture, ideal for sunbathing, dining, and family barbecues.
The second townhome also offers two comfortable living rooms, a formal dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oversized island. Its master suite includes a designer bath with double sinks and a Jacuzzi, and there is a second large bathroom for guests. This home features a second-floor deck and a loft with single beds and a rear-facing deck, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze.
Both homes are beautifully decorated, fully furnished, and equipped with modern amenities, including TVs in every room and intercom systems. Pets may be considered with prior approval for an additional fee. There is also a common courtyard on the ground-floor rear yard that is shared between the two homes. Together, these two townhomes provide a spacious, luxurious, and private setting for an unforgettable beach getaway.
