This charming three bedroom, first floor, beach block unit has recently been redecorated, painted and new hardwood floors have been installed in the living area. Large deck to enjoy the summer breeze and also to extend the living area. The bedrooms are large and spacious. Bathrooms have also been redone with new flooring and vanities. Two bedrooms have king beds and third bedroom has two twins and one full futon, sleeping four people. The unit is also equipped with a queen Aero bed for additional sleeping. Only five steps to the unit, making it great for those who want to limit stair climbing. Close to the boardwalk with early morning jogging and bike riding and an amusement park, miniature golf, movie theater, arcades, eating and shopping in the evening. Beaches have lifeguards on duty throughout the summer season!

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 2:00PM / CHECK OUT 10:00AM
