Immaculately kept Townhouse, is ideally located on the beach block of 85th Street, the quiet Townsends Inlet. In a few steps you are at the protected beach, lifeguard house with bathrooms and playground. The first floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom, Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. The main floor has a living room with a walk-out deck having views of incredible sunrises over the ocean. A dining room, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room and bedroom with a queen bed and bath are three steps above the living room. The third floor larger bedroom suite, king bed, sitting area, a large bathroom with his and hers sinks and a private deck. There are ceiling fans and TVs in all bedrooms and living room. There is a large, private outside shower for your use upon returning from the beach in the fenced back yard. Sit on the beach with the provided beach chairs and umbrella, get that tan or take a swim.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
