PLAZA 308 9800 Coastal Hwy. NON SMOKING - NO PETS This beautifully renovated condo offers direct oceanfront 3 bedroom and 2 baths and Free Wi-Fi!. There is balcony access from living room and master bedroom. This condo includes central air, 4 TVs, 3 DVD players, fabulous full service kitchen with island, microwave and dishwasher. New dining furniture in 2025. There is a full size front loading washer and dryer in the condo. Gorgeous bathrooms offer ceramic tile (hall bath has tub and shower) and master bath has a tiled step-in shower. Maximum Occupancy is 10. Registration fee $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17 includes parking for two vehicles. Fee for extra vehicles $20 a day or $80.00 per week. Free Wi-Fi!

awesome rental experience

"Lovely property, just as described. Very clean and spacious, well equipped. Can't beat the view. Condo amenities were great. Especially loved the tiki bar and nightly entertainment. L&F was a pleasure to deal with during the whole process (answer questions beforehand, booking, and handling a few issues while we were there). Highly recommend!!

"What makes our stay at the Plaza special are the people (Marlene-rental agent), Rebecca (Plaza Office), Franklin (Plaza Security), Sarah, Pearla and Marie (pool & building custodial), etc. There are many others associated with the Plaza facility who treat us as prized customers (pleasant, polite, respectful, and attentive). And our unit (0308), which was refurbished several years ago, is well-taken care of. It is evident that the owner takes pride in "making it nice for the tenants". We always leave the unit BETTER than we find it when we check out. When we arrive each year, we point out things that need to be corrected, improved, etc. Some are an urgent need, some are not. Either way, we make them known at the office (Rebecca) and we know it will be addressed at the appropriate time. All this is why we come back every year. We've been utilizing the Plaza facility on and off since 1989.
