This home also has an elevator, 7 furnished decks, a fenced in yard with a furnished back patio. The first floor has three bedrooms, with one room having a queen bed and a private bath. The other two (2) bedrooms on this floor have 2 single beds in each bedroom and 1 with an additional trundle bed (single). There is a common hallway bathroom and washer and dryer. The second floor features the living area, dining area, modern kitchen with an air fryer, Keurig and all necessity for your families cooking and dining needs. As well as an ensuite bedroom with a queen bed. The third floor features two (2) more bedrooms, The second ensuite bedroom with a queen bed and this bathroom features a jacuzzi tub. The sixth bedroom on the third floor that has a pyramid bunk (twin over a full, not pictured). Ocean views from the front decks. Located on a highly sought after street that as a ramp entrance to the beach and promenade. Owner does not provide linens, towels, beach tags, bikes or beach equipment.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"Great house to stay while vacationing in SIC. Loved the decks and the large outdoor grill. A cruiser bike is in the garage for quick trips to the grocery store, the farmers market, or just some good old exercise. We have been coming to this property for a few years now and enjoy it so much that we rebook it in advance for the next season.
