Quay #1703 10700 Coastal Hwy. Mini-Week Flex. 1,131 Sq. Ft. This nice 2bed/2bath condo is in our mini week flex rental program, which allows check in and check out any day with a 3 day minimum. Decor is a mix of modern and beachy. Living room has a queen sleep sofa, matching love seat, and a TV with a DVD. Dining room table seats 6. Loads of upgrades. All flooring is either pergo or vinyl tile with area rugs. Kitchen has updated white appliances along with new cabinets and countertops. Both bathrooms have been remodeled. T Washer/Dryer in Unit. There is beautiful northern view of the ocean and bay from furnished balcony. This unit rents in our Mini Week program check in any day and check out any day. Occupancy 8. The unit has free wireless internet access. Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, ping pong tables, and an arcade game room which includes pool tables. Excellent ocean front condo

"My recent stay at the ocean front condo was absolutely amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better vacation. From the moment I stepped into the condo, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean. The location couldn't have been more perfect – waking up to the sound of waves crashing against the shore and watching the mesmerizing sunsets from the balcony was a dream come true.
The condo itself was beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained. It had a modern and luxurious feel while still being cozy and inviting. The layout was spacious, and the large windows allowed for plenty of natural light to fill the rooms, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
One of the highlights of this condo was the well-equipped kitchen. As a food enthusiast, I loved the opportunity to cook while enjoying the panoramic ocean views. It made preparing meals a delightful experience, and I even found myself lingering at the dining table just to take in the scenery.
The amenities provided were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the on-site pool and fitness center, which were perfect for staying active and relaxing without having to leave the property. The condo's proximity to the beach was unbeatable, making it incredibly convenient to take leisurely strolls along the shore or simply relax on the sandy beach.
I can't say enough about the overall experience. It was a rejuvenating getaway that exceeded all my expectations. I left the condo feeling relaxed, recharged, and with unforgettable memories that will stay with me for a lifetime.
If you're looking for the perfect ocean front escape, I wholeheartedly recommend this condo. It's a gem that offers the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. I'll definitely be returning for another stay in the future!
