Beautiful 5 bedroom Sea Isle City, NJ rental with a one block walk to the beach. Ground floor is the garage/wet bar/game room. Up about 6 steps to the side entrance to the 1st level which contains 2 bedrooms (2 bunk beds in one bedroom & the other bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed that sleeps two on the bottom bunk & one on the top bunk) and a hallway full bathroom and washer & dryer closet in the first level hallway. Up a full flight of steps to the 2nd/middle level which contains the living room with front deck, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom ( queen bed) and a bedroom/hallway full bathroom. Up a full flight of steps to the 3rd/top level which contains 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds and a hallway full bathroom. Absolutely NO SMOKING

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"Great family place! Very comfortable with some renovations done but some bathrooms need updating. Garage is a fun place with a bar and tv. Well stocked with kitchen items. Had a great time as always at Sea Isle!
