Enjoy this over sized beach block townhouse in Townsend Inlet area of Sea Isle City. First floor bedroom has two single hide away beds that sleeps 4 (twins in total 4) with TV and a walk in shower with seat. Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with tub. The back bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom and deck. The middle oversize room also has a queen size bed. The third front bedroom has two twins with a large private covered deck with beach and bay views. Third level has the "Great Room" with huge deck with ocean and bay views. One bedroom with queen size bed, private deck and bath. This owner supplies 5 seasonal beach tags (not guaranteed), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, games, 6 adult and children bikes. Also, the garage has an ice maker and 2nd refrigerator. This unit has everything you would need for a well equipped beach vacation.

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
