"Our family just returned from vacation; third time renting this lovely home. It was great before and made even better with the addition of a covered, outdoor granite bar top with stools and big screen TV which enhances the nicely sized pool and large yard. A pergola was added to the main upstairs deck, providing enough shade to make it very comfortable to enjoy. The house is newly updated, clean and well appointed. Billy (the owner) and Pat (the realtor) are very nice. A pleasure doing business with them. We hope to be renters for many more years!

"Love the renovation and backyard with pool. Water pressure is quite low in the showers. Surprised no seasonal beach tags were available. Agent very prompt with any question or concern that we had.

"Lovely property, beach block and recently renovated. Very Nice master bedrooms and renovated baths. Kitchen a tad small for large group but adequate. Great room was very comfortable. Loved the backyard and pool. Everything was in great condition and working order aside from the downstairs AC unit. Appreciate the mgmt team and owner addressing the issue with AC promptly. Bonus that the owner allowed access to pool toys and bikes, which we were not expecting. Would stay again but it’s just one bedroom too small for our group.
